falcon head (Carrier's staff or lower sail attachment on a boat? ending on each side with a bird's head (see diagram in the detailed methodical inventory). More probably part (upper upright) of a musical instrument (lyre?); Birds' heads (duck or sparrowhawk) at each end. Remains of stucco and two mortise holes, one with a tenon.)
