Dragon
An item at Metropolitan Museum of Art
This rare example depicts a dragon in a walking posture. It captures the movement, in spite of the partial loss of the animal’s feet. Comparable examples in the Luoyang Institute of Archaeology, Shaanxi History Museum, and Xi’an City Museum were reportedly found locally.
