Thomas Fenton
Olin Levi Warner
An item at Metropolitan Museum of Art
Little is known about the subject of this portrait. Fenton possesses sharp, handsome features well suited to Warner's solid modeling style. His head and neck are crisply delineated against the plain background, giving the portrait greater dimension. This medallion is one of a large group presented by Warner's friends after his untimely death.
